1. UAS Country Manager

Reports to: Regional Director
Job Type: Full-time

Location: Various African countries
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee UAS operations in your country and align with strategic objectives.

  • Drive growth by managing the implementation of UAS programs.

  • Build relationships with local stakeholders and government entities.

  • Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Experience in country or regional management.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

2. UAS Sales Manager
Reports to: Country Manager
Job Type: Full-time

Location: Various African countries
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow UAS’s market presence.

  • Identify opportunities and build relationships with key clients.

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.

  • Sales or business development experience in the local market.

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

3. UAS Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Reports to: Regional CTO
Job Type: Full-time

Location: Various African countries
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technology strategy and implementation for UAS in the country.

  • Ensure secure, scalable technology platforms.

  • Oversee IT operations and team development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • Proven leadership experience in technology.

  • Knowledge of IT trends, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.

4. UAS Finance Manager

Reports to: Regional Finance Director
Job Type: Full-time

Location: Various African countries
Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations, budgets, and compliance for UAS.

  • Analyze financial performance and advise on strategic decisions.

  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred).

  • Experience in financial management or accounting.

  • Proficiency in financial software and strong analytical skills.

5. UAS Agriculture and Farming Manager

Reports to: Regional Agriculture Director
Job Type: Full-time

Reports to: Country Manager

  • Support small and medium-sized businesses through UAS programs.

Requirements:
